      Quality Administrative Assistant (Part Time - 28 hours/week)

      Job Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Administer the monthly customer performance updates by going into customer websites and retrieving the performance results and documenting. Sending to appropriate personnel as required by the IATF16949 standard.
      • Administer and update Customer Specifications and Supplier Quality Manuals/Requirements for all Plants located in the Lotus Notes database and distribute training.
      • Support all facilities with Plant reporting and quality issues with appropriate plant personnel and resolve when necessary for the Cost Of Quality (COQ) monthly reporting and distribution.
      • Managing of 6S audits. Includes quarterly scheduling, participating, and reporting for Corporate.
      • Understanding corrective action system including but not limited to: customer communication on problems, beginning internal complaint process and be responsible for RGA and customer feedback as needed.
      • Administering and managing of all customer website access for WF employees.
      • Knowledge of QS Database administrator/document control resource (QP’s, CS’s, MS’s, DWI’s).
      • Familiarity with the internet and ability to navigate through Customer websites with ease.
      • Perform any other duties as assigned by Corporate Quality.

      Preferred Education/Experience:

      • Work related skill, knowledge or experience and/or vocational training.
      • Secondary education recommended.
      • Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge.

      Preferred Skills/Experience:

      • Must be able to collect and analyze data to assess systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Must be able to perform 6S audits using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of conclusions or approaches to problems.
      • Talking to others to convey information effectively and asking questions appropriately.
      • The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
      • The ability to communicate information and ideas, spoken or written, so others will understand.
      • The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing including Customer Standards and Customer Requirements.
      • Obtaining information by observing, and/or receiving information from all relevant sources.
      • Familiarity with the internet and ability to navigate through Customer sites with ease.
      • Must acquire knowledge of safety policies/procedures for the department.
      • Must be able to multitask, work well with others and work independently.
      • Strong background specializing in AS400, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, SharePoint, and internet capabilities.
      • Being honest and ethical.
      • Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
      • Analyzing information and using logic to address work related issues and problems.
      • Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
      • Persistence in the face of obstacles.
      • Independence to work on their own and making decisions.
      • Ability to read and understand the implications of quality issues.

      • Must have strong oral and written communications skills.
      • Must have ability to work independently to plan & organize audits.
      • Must be able to determine audit scope and prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
      • Must be able to facilitate team meetings and report to management audit results.
      • Must be able to receive and communicate phone calls/emails.
      • Must be able to work well with others and work independently.
